Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation request approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
Please note that processing fees and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation), the full booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay. Guests are encouraged to inform us in advance if they need to modify their stay duration.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with guests to reschedule their booking or provide a credit for future stays. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
